Add Data

  1. Add the initial version of your data to data.csv file in a data-raw/ folder. For example, you can copy this data into data-raw/data.csv in your copy of the template:

This is a subset of the Portal rodent abundance data, from sampling period 27 until sampling period 36. The two-letter column names stand for rodent species.

  1. Add, commit, and push your changes to GitHub.
  2. Check and see if everything is working properly:
    • Your new data are now in your repo on GitHub Screenshot of data.csv
    • GitHub Actions is running or has completed
